March 20 – World Frog Day & World Rewilding Day!

Activity From The Nature Education Project

Frogs and Rewilding in one day!

Tomorrow is a double recognition day, for our froggy friends AND the power of rewilding to restore nature! Frogs are vital to healthy ecosystems and a key indicator of habitat health. But with habitat loss and climate change, we need to protect and restore their habitat.

Rewilding is all about giving nature the space to thrive— restoring wetlands, planting native vegetation, and reducing chemical use can make a huge difference for frogs and other wildlife.

How can you help?

  • Create a frog-friendly garden with native plants

  • Avoid pesticides and herbicides that harm frogs and insects

  • Support and get involved in local habitat restoration projects
